Software integrations
for local businesses.

I connect the applications your business relies on so customer records, requests, and operational data can move between systems without repeated manual entry. Projects can include API connections, scheduled data transfers, field mapping, and error handling.

A POSSIBLE FIRST PORTFOLIO PROJECT

Connect an inquiry form to your business tools

A suitable initial portfolio project: send a website inquiry into a customer-management tool and notify the right person. We agree on supported tools, required fields, duplicate handling, and notifications.

Potential deliverables

  • Field mapping and supported connection requirements
  • A tested transfer with visible failure handling
  • Setup documentation and agreed access ownership

Final deliverables, pricing, and timing are agreed before work begins.

Connections between your everyday business tools

We first check what your existing applications support, including APIs, exports, permissions, and provider limits. The integration is scoped around the information that needs to move and the people responsible for it.

API development

Design application endpoints and connect supported REST APIs around your specific business requirements.

CRM & customer systems

Connect inquiries, customer records, account updates, and downstream tasks across your customer lifecycle.

HR & workforce connections

Map and transfer workforce information between authorized systems with defined access and validation rules.

Accounting workflows

Connect operational records to supported accounting and invoicing tools, with reconciliation and review steps.

Webhooks & synchronization

Respond to events or run scheduled updates, with duplicate prevention and clear rules for conflicting records.

Middleware & troubleshooting

Translate formats, bridge legacy exports, diagnose failed connections, and surface integration errors.

Examples of connected business workflows

A connection needs more than a data transfer. Each example includes a clear trigger, destination, and next step for your team.

  1. Website form
  2. Map & validate
  3. CRM record

Validated contact details reach the CRM with an assigned follow-up.

How I deliver your project

Understand both sides

Review API access, field definitions, record ownership, volumes, and platform limitations.

Build the connection

Map the data and test normal updates, duplicates, errors, and unexpected responses.

Make it observable

Document the integration and agree on logging, notifications, maintenance, and production responsibilities.

Questions about this service

Can any two applications be connected?

It depends on their APIs, export options, permissions, licensing, and technical restrictions. I assess those capabilities first and explain the options and limitations before proposing an implementation.

Will updates happen in real time?

Some platforms support event-driven updates through webhooks; others require scheduled synchronization. We choose an approach based on business needs, rate limits, and the capabilities of the connected systems.

Who owns the accounts and integration credentials?

Your business owns its platform accounts and subscriptions. We agree on the access needed for implementation and use an appropriate method for storing credentials outside application source code.

How do pricing and scheduling work?

Selected assessments are complimentary. Implementation, operating costs, and support are agreed separately. I offer approximately 10–20 consulting hours weekly around my full-time role, with evening meetings and remote collaboration.
