Information you share
When you submit an inquiry, Sun Harbor Technologies, LLC receives your name, business name, email address, location, project description, and any optional phone number or availability you provide. We use this information to respond and discuss your project. Please do not include passwords or sensitive business records.
How inquiries are handled
Inquiries pass through Resend to our business email inbox. They are not saved in a website database. Email correspondence may remain in our inbox while we respond to you and manage our business relationship.
Site protection and service providers
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated submissions. Cloudflare processes verification and browser signals for this purpose. Our hosting and email providers also process technical information needed to deliver and protect their services.

Client accounts
The invitation-only client portal uses Supabase to manage your email, name, password authentication, and account access. Necessary session cookies keep you signed in on this website. Signing out ends this browser’s session. Contact Chandler to request changes to your account.
Browser preferences
Your light or dark theme preference is stored in your browser. You can change it using the theme button or remove it by clearing this site’s browser storage. This website does not use advertising trackers.
