SUN HARBOR TECHNOLOGIES · SOUTHWEST FLORIDA
I build web applications, mobile apps, dashboards, and internal tools around the way your business works. We start with a small set of essential features, define who can access the data, and test the workflow with the people who will use it.

A POSSIBLE FIRST PORTFOLIO PROJECT
A suitable initial portfolio project: a simple internal tool for entering requests, assigning owners, and tracking status. We agree on the data, user roles, reports, and essential actions before development.
Final deliverables, pricing, and timing are agreed before work begins.
A custom application can be useful when existing tools cannot support your process without repeated workarounds. We compare available options before committing to a build and agree on the initial scope.

Purpose-built interfaces with scoped authentication, access permissions, and account workflows.
Mobile experiences for customers or teams, with platform and distribution choices matched to the project.
Bring operational information into a focused view with filters, status tracking, and useful reporting.
Start with the essential features and expand as your business needs evolve.
Improve existing applications, connect data sources, and replace fragile manual workarounds.

Understand the users, workflows, data, and essential features before expanding the scope.
Review working increments and use feedback to refine the interface and business logic.
Validate the agreed requirements, document the system, and define hosting, access, support, and ownership.
We compare your requirements with available products, configuration options, and integrations. Custom development makes sense when the need is specific enough to justify its implementation and ongoing operating costs.

We agree on documentation, account ownership, hosting, and any maintenance or support before launch. Ongoing work is separately scoped around the application and my available schedule; it does not imply round-the-clock support.
Selected assessments are complimentary. Implementation, operating costs, and support are agreed separately. I offer approximately 10–20 consulting hours weekly around my full-time role, with evening meetings and remote collaboration.
